Delete your account on the website

1. Log in to your TrueTalk account at truetalk.app
2. Open Settings from your profile menu
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and select Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Delete your account in the mobile app

1. Open the TrueTalk app and log in
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Select Delete Account and confirm

What is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:

• Your account profile (name, email address, phone number, profile photo)
• Your conversations and messages with AI advisors
• Your community posts, comments, and shared conversations
• Your uploaded photos and media
• Your preferences and personalization data

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment and subscription records are retained for up to 7 years where required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations
• Security and audit logs are retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted
• Active subscriptions are cancelled at deletion; manage store billing through Google Play or the App Store

All other personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days of your deletion request.

Can't access your account?

Email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
